Our Services

We attract and employ residential care workers, family support workers, disability support workers, mental health support workers, case workers, and corporate support staff. Our benchmark experience, compliance and training requirements for all support workers include:

9 months experience in a similar role

Current police clearance (acquired within the last 3 months) and or working with children check

03

A Certificate III or IV in Community Services or Individual Support

NDIS worker orientation module (Quality, Safety and You)

Current manual handling

Medication administration

Proof of working rights

Other relevant skillsets which include PEG feeding, Dysphagia, Epilepsy management, Catheter care etc.
